When I was little, the rule in the family was; you can only bring home a pumpkin that you yourself could carry all the way to the car....... Mike and I decided that we would start this tradition a little early with Noah. We explained to him the rules and he went right to it, going up to every pumpkin he could find and trying to lift it. It was hilarious! The grunts and groans that came out of his mouth made even complete strangers crack up at him. Eventually he found a perfect sized pumpkin with a great looking stem, he could even pick it up with one hand. He carried it all around the farmers market and into the car. As soon as he hit his car seat he fell asleep. It was a great day for everyone!
